How do I tell if my Bucher pump motor needs replacing?
Two common symptoms. First, motor spins fine unloaded but stalls or hums when the cylinder hits load — usually worn brushes or a tired armature. Second, motor doesn’t spin at all but the solenoid clicks and the wiring tests good — usually a stuck or open commutator. Either case, this motor is the OEM-spec replacement.
