The male drive half of the Easy-Link coupler. Each shade-to-shade junction requires one male drive (RB41-1002-075038) and one female drive (RB41-1001-075038). Easy-Link is designed for smaller linked groupings; for more shades in a continuous run, use the Infinite Link system (LSADJKITW).
