This heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder is designed as a replacement for the cylinder used in the Primary Mover PF-520 dump bed hoist system. It features a 5.5-inch diameter, extended 20-inch stroke, and heavy-wall construction engineered for longer dump beds and demanding dump trailer applications.
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTICE: This replacement cylinder is designed specifically for the Primary Mover PF-520 hoist. Primary Mover does not recommend installing this cylinder on another manufacturer’s dump hoist or scissor hoist. Cylinder stroke, closed length, mounting locations, pivot points, dump angle, frame geometry, and other engineering dimensions are critical to proper hoist operation. A cylinder that appears similar or physically fits is not necessarily compatible or safe for another manufacturer’s system.
The PF-520 has been produced in more than one cylinder configuration. Depending on your PF-520 hoist, you may require Configuration A or Configuration B. These configurations are application-specific and should not be selected based on appearance alone.
