Bosch 4-1/2 in. X-LOCK Carbide Multi-Wheel
The Bosch X-LOCK Carbide Multi-Wheel allows angle grinders to cut material they couldn’t previously, including wood, plastics, composites, wood with nails, drywall and laminates. The multi-wheel provides a long life because it features a carbide-grit cutting edge that’s bonded to the steel wheel with laser-melting technology for an extra-strong bond. It delivers professional performance in multi materials. The thin body provides fast cuts, and the wheel is designed with expansion slots to avoid warping. The multi-wheel features the X-LOCK mount, offering a wheel change that’s up to five times faster than conventional interfaces. There’s an audible snap when mounting an X-LOCK Wheel on an X-LOCK grinder. The wheel mounts properly without the need for a spanner wrench or flange nuts. The wheel is released from the grinder with the pull of a lever.
