5″ Hook & Loop Surface Conditioning Discs – 10 Pack
Benchmark Abrasives 5″ Hook & Loop Surface Conditioning Discs combine the effectiveness and versatility of the non-woven abrasive with the convenience of the hook and loop backing.The loop side of the hook and loop attach to the hook side of a backing pad. The backing pad attaches to an angle grinder. This makes it very simple to change the sandpaper. These discs are made with the highest quality non-woven, open nylon webbing, filled with premium abrasive grains (Equivalent to 3M Scotch-Brite). The strong backing uses a Type R fastening system (Equivalent to 3M Roloc fastening system) for quick and easy attachment and removal. These discs are perfect for cleaning, finishing, and deburring contoured or irregular surfaces.
Works well on stainless steel, standard or alloyed steel, non-ferrous materials and alloys, plastic, fiberglass. These quick-change surface conditioning discs are excellent for many deburring, blending, and finishing applications.
