It has a tactile dome PCB keypad with label pockets, runs on 4× AAA batteries, and reaches a 150 ft (45 m) operating range. A shift button expands the keypad, so it commands all 12 functions from a 6-button layout.

Match three things: the series (9 Series), the function count (12), and the receiver it was coded to. Transmitters and receivers are paired on the same RF band, so replace a 9 Series transmitter with a 9 Series transmitter. If you are replacing a lost or damaged handset, confirm the receiver model before ordering.

Match the trailing code. Lodar 9 Series transmitters and receivers carry a trailing match number. Check the unit you are replacing: no number means -8, the most common code we carry, and some systems use -3.
